These organizations take advantage of discounts from vendors like Verizon, Office Depot, Expedia, Best Buy – even John Deere! One thing is for sure – our client is not a reseller; rather, they are a contract negotiator, empowering organizations to purchase through contracts our client has been building for 35+ years!
Though you wouldn’t make the connection at first, our client is owned by a nationally acclaimed non-profit medical center, headquartered here in Seattle, WA. Any revenue created by our client goes straight into its parent company by supporting medical research and other healthcare initiatives. People who work for our client feel good because they know they’re helping organizations save money, while also funding health and wellness initiatives through their revenue!
As a Membership Ambassador, your job will be to connect with prospective clients and educate them about the available services and membership benefits of joining the GPO. You’ll process new memberships and log these activities in the CRM system… Furthermore, all of this takes place in a friendly and fun work environment.
Please have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You should have a friendly and confident disposition, especially in your interactions over the phone. You should be comfortable meeting (and exceeding!) goals, be able to quickly learn new systems, and have the soft skills necessary to build a good rapport.
