What will you be doing?  You will be the ambassador to our working contractors and a searching fanatic for those contractors that haven’t had the opportunity to work for us yet.  The title of the position is “Sourcing Specialist”.  The perfect person will have extensive experience in communication, organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.  Prior work experience with Internet research including social media experience a must.  A strong desire to serve and a thirst for wanting to know it all will capture our interest.   Experience recruiting or assisting recruiters, as well as a college degree, is highly preferred.
