Summary:

The need for support services is ever growing and in response to that need Crisis Clinic 2-1-1 has rapidly grown the size of their call center. The diverse culture around the greater Seattle area has presented them with some challenges in finding qualified Customer Service Representatives. In desperate need of CSRs that could speak English as well as Spanish or Somali, they contacted Parker Staffing for a solution.
