Christine Kalmbach - Vice President Christine joined Parker Staffing Services in 2002, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry across a wide variety of disciplines, including technical, medical, scientific/research, finance/accounting, and administrative/clerical. She has held management positions at Robert Half International Consulting, Solutions/IQ, and Northwest Temporary & Staffing Services, Inc. She is active in several industry organizations, including the Lake Washington Human Resources Association (luncheon sponsor coordinator since 2004), the WSA (formerly Washington Software Alliance), and HIMSS (Health Information Management Systems Society). Christine enjoys traveling and vacationing in tropical locales. Annette Turner - EMR Knowledge Manager Annette joined Parker in March 2008 bringing over 10 years of leadership and management experience. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse, certified Epic trainer, certified in EpicCare Ambulatory and In Patient Clinical Documentation. She was responsible for planning and executing large scale implementations within MultiCare Health Systems including the development of training plans for new employee and provider orientation, policy and procedure development, application competencies, application efficiency evaluation tools and workflow creation in the ambulatory environment for nine years. As an industry expert, she will be sharing her operational, clinical and technical knowledge with the Parker HealthcareIT team as well as developing long-term business partnerships with healthcare organizations. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in HealthCare Administration and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. In her free time Annette enjoys boating with her family. Teri Burkhardt - Senior Healthcare IT Recruiter Teri has been with Parker Staffing Services since 2005. During her career at Parker she has successfully recruited for positions in the area of IT, Healthcare IT, Biotech, and Marketing. Prior to joining Parker Teri was an IT Trainer at AT&T Wireless for 5 years where she provided user training for software systems and courses gathering business requirements. She is active in the Northwest Recruiters Association and American Society for Training and Development. Teri believes in giving back to the community and is an active volunteer with Hopelink. Teri is an accomplished athlete having completed six triathlons. Janae Chryst - Healthcare IT Recruiter Janae joined Parker in July of 2004 with 4 years of customer service and recruiting experience in the medical staffing industry. Applying her expertise at Parker by recruiting for Finance and Accounting positions, she quickly moved over to the Healthcare IT group. Janae has a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Seattle Pacific University, as well as her Professional in Human Resources certificate. She is a member of HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society) and the Lake Washington Human Resources Association as well as a participant in WSA. Outside of Parker Janae loves engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and inline skating. Joni Hoffman - Business Development Manager Joni came onboard with Parker in October 2003 as the Program Manager for Starbucks. She has built over 4 years experience in recruiting and sales with a focus on travel nursing and IT in the Healthcare industry on a national level. Joni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity Western University as well as a Medical Informatics Certification from Bellevue Community College. She started with the Healthcare IT group as a Recruiter and moved into a Business Development Manager role where she develops new business opportunities for the division on a national level. She is an active member of HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society) and WSA (formerly Washington Software Alliance). Joni spent three summers as a tour director in Alaska and still loves travel and the outdoors. Michael Stevens - Business Development Manager Mike started with Parker in March of 2006 bringing over 6 years of sales experience from industries such as loan consolidation, cellular communications, and even minor league baseball. He holds his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Colorado as well as a Medical Informatics Certification from Bellevue Community College. Mike has utilized his experience to provide excellent service to clients such as Stanford Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Mount Sinai Hospital. He is an active participant in HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society) and WSA (formerly Washington Software Alliance). Mike is an adventurer who enjoys traveling the world, and spending his off-time planning his next big trip. Ben Carroll - Healthcare IT Recruiter Ben boarded the Parker bandwagon in October 2007. His thorough recruiting and sales background is a product of being a recruiter for Maxim Healthcare and selling pharmaceuticals for Eli Lilly. This experience is bolstered by his strong educational foundation at Western Washington University in Economics and Communications. Ben is affiliated with KIROS, BSF, World Vision and Africa Inland Mission. Ben is an outdoor fanatic whether he is wakeboarding, snowboarding, snowshoeing, fly fishing or wrestling with his two Labrador Retrievers. Sue Bearden - Healthcare IT Recruiter Sue began at Parker in January 2004 as a Finance/Accounting Recruiter and later relocated out of the area. In March 2008, Sue relocated back to Seattle and rejoined Parker in the position of HeathcareIT Recruiter. Sue’s background includes 10 years experience in the staffing industry including expertise in administrative, finance and accounting staffing. Her experience includes several years in full-cycle recruiting which involved sales, marketing, recruiting, screening, placement and account management. Sue holds an Associate of Arts degree from Highline Community College with an emphasis in Spanish. Sue has a love for languages as she speaks Spanish fluently and is an avid Scrabble player.
