Position Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual to make a significant impact working on all ranges of Direct and Contract technical positions we receive from our valued clients: From Systems Administration to top-end, high-visibility Development Engineers to VPs of Engineering. This role will afford you the unique opportunity to work on high volume-based opportunities as well as very refined searches. You will also have the opportunity to network and build valuable relationships with key industry subject matter experts and leaders. We are looking for a team-player with a can-do attitude and the proven ability to make an immediate impact on business, coupled with unlimited earning potential.
You will report to the Vice President of Recruiting who supports the team with unparalleled dedication and enthusiasm. Our diverse client portfolio ranges from stealth-mode start-ups to large-scale Fortune 500 enterprises, all of which hunger for top-notch tech talent. We have a high ratio of Business Development Managers to Recruiters, resulting in a constant flow of fresh and exciting job orders. Above all, we value the relationships which allow us repeat business from both candidates and clients alike.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Deep experience and use of advanced recruiting techniques, such as Boolean searching and a proven ability to utilize creative search methods such as niche/industry web sites, social networking, and LinkedIn to identify qualified candidates.
- Proven experience and ability to headhunt passive and semi-passive candidates. Understanding the importance of grasping candidate career/job motivations early on are a must, while aligning them to open positions with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
- Refined verbal and written communication.
- Must be comfortable generating leads, as well as interviewing, screening and communicating with candidates. Ongoing generation of a pipeline of passive, semi-passive and active candidates will be key to your success.
- Must have the ability to develop, source, screen, interview & work with hiring managers to develop offers of employment. Partner with business development and hiring managers to understand job requirements for open positions as well as participate in the qualification, interview & debrief cycle. Search for and identify candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions.
- Would prefer at least one year prior experience working on Job Titles inclusive of the following:
