These workers are actual employees of Parker Staffing Services, and we refer to them as “associates.” We recruit and manage our associates, provide them with benefits, and handle their payroll, including withholding and paying taxes. Parker Staffing specializes in temporary placement for administrative and call center jobs. |

| Contract placement is a service for higher-level technical and professional positions. Contract placement involves creating a statement of work (SOW), which defines the terms of an assignment, including project scope, duration, and salary. Parker Technical is responsible for contract placement. |

| Temporary / contract to hire |
 |
| This service involves placing an individual at a company for a trial period during which the employee and company consider establishing a “permanent” employment relationship. Parker Staffing, Parker Technical, and Parker HealthcareIT provide temporary and contract to hire services. |

| Direct hire placement |
 |
| In direct hire placement, we bring together candidates and employers who are interested in establishing a “permanent” employment relationship. Parker sources both passive and active candidates in order to make the best match. Parker Technical, Parker Staffing, and Parker HealthcareIT all do direct hire placement. |

| On-site management |
 |
| This is a service in which we place a Parker representative at a location to work closely with the client’s hiring managers to recruit, hire, and manage the company’s contingent workforce. This service is typically provided to larger companies that use many contingent workers. On-site representatives assume full responsibility for operating a specific customer function (such as mail room duties) on an ongoing basis. Their responsibilities include managing the associates, orienting them to the client’s site, and consulting with client managers on strategic workforce planning. |

| We also develop custom programs to address a company’s unique staffing challenges. These may include resume review, candidate testing, defining the skills needed to perform specific work, and suggesting resources for HR training. To assist companies that use temporary workers extensively, Parker can also serve as a client’s single point of contact, outsourcing assignments to other firms as needed. |
