Debbie Crandall

Debbie joined Parker Staffing Services in 1999, was promoted to president in October 2005, and has served as president/CEO since May 2006. She is driven by a passion to help people find their best work, believing it is one of the greatest ways to make a difference in someone’s life, and she inspires her team to cultivate strong personal relationships that help make this happen. The effectiveness of Debbie’s approach is demonstrated in the company’s bottom-line results. Under her leadership, Parker has seen a 29.5% increase in business, a 12% increase in the number of candidates placed, and an above-average staff retention rate.
Debbie has honed her considerable management, recruiting, and staff development expertise over a period of 20 years. Prior to Parker, she was regional manager for Volt Services Group, growing revenue by $7 million in a single year. At Wollborg/Michelson Personnel in San Francisco, she held a variety of positions, from corporate trainer to regional manager to vice president.
Committed to giving back to the community, Debbie is active in a number of professional associations, including the Rotary Club-Seattle #4, CEO to CEO Forum, and Columbia Tower Club Executive Women’s Group

| Christine leads a team of dedicated professionals in the technical and search divisions, including technical recruiters, healthcare IT specialists, and direct hire search consultants. With the proven ability to hire, train, and develop high-impact sales and service teams and a hands-on leadership style, Christine guides her staff to take on new challenges, make a great first impression with clients and candidates, and provide creative solutions to any recruiting need.
She joined Parker Staffing Services in 2002, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry across a wide variety of disciplines, including technical, medical, scientific/research, finance/accounting, and administrative/clerical. She has held management positions at Robert Half International Consulting, Solutions IQ, and Northwest Temporary & Staffing Services, Inc.
Christine is active in several industry organizations, including the Lake Washington Human Resources Association (luncheon sponsor coordinator since 2004) and the WSA (formerly Washington Software Alliance). |

Zoe Stamolis

| As vice president of Parker Staffing, Zoe sets the vision and manages strategic planning for a division staffed by recruiters, account managers, and support staff.
She joined Parker Staffing Services in 1995 as the director of sales. In this role, she designed an innovative on-site management program for Nintendo of America, which provides a full-time Parker staffing representative in the Nintendo offices. Zoe began her career in the staffing industry in 1981. Before Parker, she held management positions at ADECCO, CDI, and Volt Services Group, all based in the Pacific Northwest.
Zoe plays an active role in the leadership of prominent human resources associations. Currently she is the 2006 Membership Chair of the Northwest Recruiters Association and a board member of both Help Desk Northwest and Northwest Call Center Professionals. |
